No end to bad service

We had too many issues to even mention with ADT in January 2013. We had decided to add beams onto our system and do some maintenance to the system as well. Our sales agent frustrated us with issues like incorrect requests, not answering the phone and not returning calls. To add insult to injury, he was supposed to have changed the banking details and promised to correct the monthly rate we were paying to ADT as our payment was too high. I explained to him that I had a problem with my old account and that it had to be closed, stressing the urgency of the change of banking details. Of course he left me with no copies of any of my requests, saying only that the copies would be couriered to my residence, which I am still waiting for, a month later. ADT received no payment from me this month due to his incompetence. I am tired of calling ADT to sort out his mess. It has also come to my attention that the amount quoted for an extender and a keypad was higher than the actual invoice amount so now they also owe me money.
