After being seriously ripped off by an ADT installer who security equipment from my house and did not finish the installation - even though he had already been paid, ADT did nothing to try and correct the situation. I tried to cancel my membership with them 5 times over the past month and they just do not respond and continue the service and debit orders. I am now going to have to change my banking account to stop them from accessing the debit order every month. This has been the worst case of legal (for lack of a better phrase) I have ever encountered! Blatant by their technicians and complete blind eye to all complaints I lodged and now I am unable to terminate their service!
