On several occasions, we have found notes in our post box from ADT indicating that they had been to our premises after an alarm was received on their side... and it states "NO ACCESS".
Simply because we have an electronic driveway gate and a pedestrian gate which is kept locked when we are away from home during the day, ADT seems to think this is a reason why they can't properly inspect an alarm at our premises because they have to climb over the fence/gate? In my opinion- if the can make the effort to climb over our fence, then so can our security company!!! Not sure why we pay them and if we should bother continuing to pay them.
I wonder if there is a real incident at our premises if they will wait for the to leave our premises before apprehending them? Or maybe they'll leave before the finish because it took too long? Not too sure how they'll respond, actually!
