I have had my tracking unit removed since August 2012, and have paid the outstanding contract amount.
Yet, every month my account is still being debited. They have not cancelled any debit orders on their side, they do not respond to emails and they are basically my money.
I have a confirmation email from one of their call centre agents informing me that my account is paid in full, and that all debit orders have now been cancelled, and that no further monies will be debited from my account. Yet, every month, BAM!! There it is!!
I am now fed up with Tracker and wont recommend them to anybody. I am also in the process of laying charges of and against them.
