I tried to rent a movie on box office through DSTV, but after sending my first sms i recieved a sms back saying my number was not registered. REALLY? The same cell phone number that i rented countless movies from. so i re registered and was told to send another sms with the movie request. which i did and got the reply saying the Request had already been processed. WHAT? with the same number i had to re register? then i logged on to the box office and the live chat. the person from live chat said i had to email another address. which i did. after recieveing no reply i checked the help on the dish, and decided to Phone the number. what a mistake i had to hold on for over 11minutes without anyone answering but kept getting told to report any problems how can i report any problems if you dont pick up the phone or responed to any mails?!!!
so now i suppose im going to get the movie when its not possible for me to view it.
Great Service Box Office. the product is a good idea but executed in the worst possible manner. or are you more concentrating on the box office online?
