I bought 10 R-Kelly Orlando Stadium concert tickets for the 21st March 2013 (My ID:8206045435083). On the 11th March 2013 we found out will be out of town on the concert day and couldn't make alternative arrangement, we decided to return the tickets and Computicket paid us 50% of what we paid for tickets.
This morning at 11:47am I received an SMS saying the show has been postponed to 08/08/2013, and should one wish to return ticket for full refund they should do so at any Shoprite. We will be able to attend the show on 08/08/2013 and would like to get ticket back and we pay them the 50% they gave us OR they refund the remaining 50% ticket money we purchased.
When we call Computicket and explain, they refusing to either refund us full amount or give us back the 10 tickets.
After couple calls and no luck, we have decided we want 100% refund on the tickets price like many South African who bought tickets and will be refunded fully. This is lot of money and cannot just loose since the show is postponed. Its not our fault the show is postponed, we were happy to forfeit 50% if the show is on the 21st Arch 2013 since we won't be here anyway.
