After not having DSTV for 2 days, 19th, 20th January and the fact that they said they were upgrading software, and could not tell me when it would be fixed (please refer to previous complaint) I cancelled my subscription on the 22nd January with R196 in credit. I get an sms on the 6th February saying a debit order of R1289.92 was unpaid, pay immediately? I don't even have DSTV, it was terminated on the 22 January. Your call center doesn't even answer their phones!!! What now???
