EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE ALL ROUND

FROM TRYING TO CALL MULTICHOICE TO BEING ASKED TO PUSH 20 DIFFERENT BUTTONS AND THEN TO HOLD ON FOR HOURS, TO GETTING OVERCHARGED AND TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK AFTER BEING PROMISED IT WOULD HAPPEN WITHIN 5 DAYS AND WHEN FOLLOWING UP IT IS STILL WITH THE PAYMENTS DEPARTMENT 8 DAYS LATER WITH NO FEEDBACK TO RESPONSE, BUT WHEN YOU DON'T PAY YOUR ACCOUNT ON TIME THEY CUT YOU OFF IMMEDIATELY AND YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO HAVE IT PUT BACK ON. JUST ALL ROUND BAD SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END, TO TRY AND CALL THEM IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. IF THERE WAS ANY OTHER OPTION AVAILABLE, I WOULD CERTAINLY NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER.
