Unsuccess Automatic Decoder Upgrade

Second time in one week where DSTV rolls out Decoder upgrades and I get home at night and get an E18 Error on the decoder which does not actually exist on there website.

Called the call center and now the only way it can be fixed if for me to take my decoder to them.
These guys don't test there Updates at all properly or look at the impact there updates have on there customers.

Taking time out to drive to Randburg... which in my case is an hour away in the traffic to get it swopped out because they did not access the impact of there upgrade is unacceptable.

This is just sheer incompetence. If I did that at work... and yes Im in the software industry... I would get fired... and legal action.
