I have over paid my account in December and requested Multichoice to refund me. Which they are refusing to do. I have given them the necessary document to do the refund but still they think up all types of excuse not to refund me. Will someone please assist as I need to pay my children school fees. how cruel can somebody be not to refund an over paid account. I normally pay R700 and by mistake I paid R7000. Which was my children s school fees. I have been begging them to refund me the difference since December. Please help?
