After losing my signal this morning and not being able to contact the call centre, I e-mailed my complaint to Dstv. At 11:00, an hour later, I got through to the call centre and was told they have a problem regarding all HDPVR's, they are working on the problem and it should be solved in 30mins. The problem is still not solved and no call centre in the country is available to attend to complaints, need I say that there was no response to my e-mail.
Will Dstv compensate subscribers for services not rendered?
