Since Multichoice changed the series channels for Compact viewers, I can honestly say that I can number myself and my family among the dissatisfied viewers of DSTV. A lot of us cannot afford the full package and enjoyed watching the series channel. Dstv Compact with 113 was good value for money, and while they could have given us a few other channels, it was still worth I, but now I am not even sure if that is still the case.
And looking at the response that Multichoice has given other complaints regarding this same issue, leads me to believe that Multichoice really does not care much for their Compact subscribers, everyone who has complained has got the same standard response.
Come on Multichoice, show the compact subscribers that you do give a about us as we do add to your revenue and open the other series channels to us as well.
