I had booked Dynamic Parties to do a draping for my sons 1st birthday, i spoke to a lady named Sasha and confirmed evrything, and asked abt payment, she advised that payment should be made on delivery. On the day of my sons party, i called in the morning to confirm if all was in order, i tried so many times, amd there was no answer on her cell or landline, i then managed to find an alternate number on the internet, and spoke to Shirlee Naidoo, i asked her for Sasha, she said she is not available, i then enquired aby my decor for later that day, she told me that all bookings go through her, and she does not know abt any decor for me, i was horrified, and upset and in a rage told her she cant do this to me, she then asked me if i paid a deposit and that bookings are made 3 months in advance, i was just so upset and raised my voice and told her she cannot ruin my sons part, she yelled at me, and cut the call, and that was it! i had to find someone else, and thank i did, and my sons party was awesome. She then smsed me 20 min later to say they can do the decor, i smsed her back and told her not to worry, i found someone else, how can they treat customers that way!!!
