We are buying a house in Sinoville from Pro-Namic Real Estate. Since October 2012 we are strugling to get approval from the banks because of applications incorrectly submitted by them. Finally end November we got a 85% loan from ABSA. We paid our deposit into the attorneys trust account and a few days before we needed to take occupation in December Babsie phoned us to say that ABSA have a query... They received two contracts with two different amounts. So I asked her who made a mistake? She said nobody and things like this happen. I don't think so. Between her and the lawyers (WSP Attorneys) someone definately made a mistake because they immediately arranged a meeting with us saying that we can pay the difference between the two contractual amounts that the bank received, back to them... I asked them (WSP Attorneys) to put everything in writing for me, since today I haven't received a single document. We have taken occupation in middle December because we had allredy given notice at our old place, moving agents has been paid etc. We are in January allready with still no loan! I have a two year old boy, what am I to do? I don't want to end up on the streets?
