I bought a property which I signed for in October of 2012. I immediately applied for a home loan which was granted and signed for in November 2012. House was to be lodged and registered in my name in February 2013 and I was moved into property. Up to date the house has not been registered. I have paid the banks attorneys and also paid in the deposit of R66000 for which I went to make a loan as in January it was stated that the hold up is due to the shortfall of R66000 which was my deposit. I paid the deposit in January in Leons attorneys bank alccount. To date every month I only get excuses. I'm at the point of vacating premises and taking legal action as this whole scenario put me in lots of financial difficulty as no progress is made in this property's registration. We are at the end of May, 7 months down the line and still nothing.
