Bad attitude

As a Owner at 3503 Daffodil Garden Karenpark started complaining regarding lift that was not working since first week of November 2012 till now I send e-mails to MidCity for more than ten times and they promised that it will be fixed even now nothing was done and my levy is up to date what is the reasons for them to fail to fix that lift because levy is always paid on time and what peace me off is that they didn"t even border to send sms or e-mails to update owners regarding this matter I really really need to expose MidCITY as they are still having discrimination and attitude toward African People my question is that why are the getting involved or making bussines with african people while they know that they are still in apppertate regime
