Please be aware of this rental agency. They do not look after their tenants. No repairs done on the property i.e. shower leaking through the lounge ceiling lights for 4 months. They also do not send you water and lights bills but bill you via email stating you owe thousands of rands. Once you have signed your contract they also refuse to do any repairs and tell you the client that you are responsible for the damages and you must have them repaired or you won't get your deposit back. They also put your safety at risk, i.e. the main gates motor is faulty they will not have it repaired so the gate will stay open over night as it can not close due to being faulty. I advise people not to use this agency as you will not get your deposit back as they find reasons not to. I have been made aware that this is their trademark as previous tenants before me also lost their deposits.
This company should not be allowed to be in business and I urge people to rather find another property rather than being caught by this companies bad practices. Once your in the just from you legally and their attitude is take it for the remainder of your contract or break your contract and be penalised
