I cancelled my lease with Just Letting Randburg effective 31 October 2013, and yet i am to date (09/12/2013) receiving smses for my "overdue November / December 2013 rent" from Just Letting, i am receiving invoices from them, and then to top it off i get letters of demand saying legal action will get taken against me and i will be listed on the ITC!! I have emailed Just Letting twice this morning and asked for email confirmation that my lease has been cancelled with absolute disregard to my email!! I have not received an apology or reply from Janene Allerbeck and her service is absolutely atrocious!!! Just Letting in Randburg has disgusting service!!!
i have never defaulted in a single account and DO NOT appreciate this attitude, even if these letters are system generated i expect an apology.
