I am currently renting an apartment from Century 21 in Pietermaritzburg. I have been telling the afent about problems (toilet leaks and sink leaks) in the flat and now recently I found out the ex tenant had the spare keys. I called the agency to assist with this first they push me from pillar to post and now they are blaming each other for the problems. Debbie is refusing to talk saying Ruth has to take care of the matter, Ruth is busy lying and giving me and everyone acting on my behalf attitude but that is only when she is around at the office because 99.9% of the time you try to find her she is not around. Now in this ever dangerous society we live in and I being a woman when someone else has keys to your propert you are bound to worry. When you have to wake up every morning and wipe water in the kitchen and toilet you have to worry. The agency is doing absolutely nothing about it. Not even offering to change the locks at the flat. Nothing I am currently paying for the flat and not staying there as I am scared of what might happen to me when I am in that flat. I hope this finds attention this time as I have tried everything to get Debbie and Ruth to assist me.
