As a Home owner when you rent out your Property and Pay someone to do so you expect that all problem areas are sort out by said agent. NOT in this case as during the time I have used Seeff I have had to make more calls and write more e-mails to ensure that my Tenant remains happy and stay in the property.
The Richards Bay Team have a Way of not completing any tasks that are requested from tenant or Landlord, but now its seems the contract signed is permanent and I must wait it out.
Will Never use Seeff no matter where I go
