Leon contacted me after I sent an enquiry to [URL Removed] All sounded good, and he offered a competitive quote. Although I explicitly asked and was assured it is included, I found out halfway that his staff was unaware that all cleaning and sealing needs to be done afterwards. Three rooms had to be tiled plus a bathroom wall. The first room was 3 quarters done, quality of tiling seemed good. On the third day, only one tiler showed up. From then on it all went pear shaped. Quality of work was below standard. In addition to this, tilers did not even attempt to clean even the basics. No excess grout was removed, and any attempt at cleaning was done with dirty water and cloths. Since whoever showed up whenever they felt like it, and Leon didn't show his face much, work was rushed and the result as expected.g Besides letting large pieces of grout dry on slate tiles (I am now at half the tiling cost just on Grout off!), they decided to just not complete the skirting, for which I paid extra. After about 6 weeks and 3 return visits, 80% of the skirting was done, but I have now given up. We are doing the cleaning ourselves, and this means a week job has turned into a 6 month nightmare!
