Deposit not reflecting in my Virtual Account!

On 08/01/2014 I made a deposit in the CIPC account using the details and reference as specified on their website [URL Removed] Here they tell me that it will take 3 days to relect in my Virtual Account.
By the 08/01/2014 the funds were not reflecting, so I faxed my proof of payment to 27 86 673 8313 (as per their webpage) AND I emailed to [Email Removed] - still with no results!
I have now spent hours during the last 3 days trying to get through on the advertised number 0861002472 - but never being able to get through to a real, live person.
How am I supposed to submit my annual return if the funds are not in my Virtual Account?
ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF GOVERNMENT INCOMPETANCE!
