Ekhuruleni is incorrectly charging me for my water bills, last month i got a bill they charged me R613.11, this month they charged me R604.68 for water.
it a normal household of two people, how does one run a bill like that.
i have sent them a complaint 4 times and no feedback has been given, and they sent me a final demand letter.
i need someone to come to my rescue, as i really dont know what to do, my complaint is failing on the dead ears .
This are some of the people my complaint has been sent to Ramaesela Molapo, Rakesh Jina, Lauricia Merrington and nothing has been done .
i need someone to take my complaint seriously and sort out the bill and credit me or give me a new bill with the correct reading .
i called the 0119993830/31/32 two months ago requesting for a cover for my water meter and still to date i am still waiting ...
the guy who was doing the water reading in april told me if they dont find the meter they charge according to thier head and this is exactly what they are doing ....
