I ordered and paid R7500.00 for a sign from Durban Signs in April 2013, when Jaco Taljaard (The owner) came out to install the sign I was shocked to find that the Sign was not complete as it had no back end to it and no poles for installation. After a heated discussion with the Belligerent owner Jaco Taljaard he agreed to fix the sign and bring the poles to complete the installation.
A week later the sign was installed! 3 days after installation the sign collapsed due to bad workmanship and inferior quality of materials used! I notified Jaco Taljaard of this and he again was RUDE and had BAD Attitude. He blamed everything and everyone else accept himself. I requested a refund of my money or the sign to be repaired by him properly! He refused both!
2 Weeks ago I ordered a sign from Umhlanga signs in Durban. Within a week they installed a quality sign without any problems!! The sign is strong and proper! Big up's to them!
Watch out for Durban Signs- they take your money and provide you with garbage service and goods!
