I went to buy air time on the st of April, so I bought 30 air time with a R100 note. After the transaction I was asked to sign an invoice. So I asked the cashier why do I have to sign and the answer was you either sign or we refund you your money. I don't remember a single asked to sign an invoice When I bought for cash you don't have to give any signature.
And I was disappointed at graham as manager not to handle this complain effectively giving an ultimatum to take or leave without explaining why I have to sign.
I hope this will come to the management attention.
