Not happy with their service

Hi i bought a BRAND NEW CAR FROM LAND ROVER waterfall in august 2013 and i noticed that the cd player was not working and went to them they told me that they were too buisy to help me i must come on a new year and i went to midrand they also told me same story.on a new year i went to them again they tald me they will order a radio for a week but it took them three weeks to come back to me. it went in but it was not sorted they tell me they cant program it.

i want my car sorted or they must exchange it with a car that is working i am paying a lot of money to be treated like that. now i am stuck with this car.
