I dropped of two motorbikes at the above mentioned place t be fixed. BMW R100RS with charging problems and a Kawasaki GT550 with idling problems. The owner once phoned me and gave me a and update after which I had to call all the time to get feedback. after three weeks and a few thousand rand still nothing was done or ready although every time I spoke to him or went to the shop it would have been done that day or the day after. After three weeks of unsatisfactory service I decided to collect my bikes and phoned them to fix up the bill and assemble the bikes to be collected on Saturday. When I got there still nothing was done and I was told that the bikes will not leave the shop until the owner returns next Tuesday. I paid the bill and one the mechanics helped me to get my bikes out of there. Once outside we had to assemble the one bike ourselves to be able to drive with it. The BMW was also in bits and pieces but we loaded it on a trailer and left with it. I took the bikes to Pretoria where the BMW was left to be tested. The Kawasaki was fixed by some-one who is not even a bike mechanic in the course of one morning. Something they could not do in 3 weeks. What an experience.
