ON NEW YEARS 2013/2014 I DROVE WITH MY NISSAN 1400 BAKKIE TO PRETORIA, THE GEARBOX BUSH AND SEAL HAVE BEEN BROKEN AND I TOOK IT TO CAR CARE CLINIC TO REPAIR THE GEARBOX. THEY PHONED ME TWO DAYS AFTER AND TOLD ME THAT MY BAKKIE ARE FINISHED.WHEN I GOT THERE I TESTED THE BAKKIE AND FOUND THE PROP-SHAFT NEEDS TO BE RECONDITIONED (THEY DID NOT TELL ME THAT AT FIRST),
THEY DID THAT, - ONE WEAK WENT PAST AND I COULD FETCH MY BAKKIE THEY TOLD ME I DI HAVE A 10000KM OR 6 MONTH GUARANTEE ON THE WORK DONE .
ITS NOW ALMOST ONE WEAK AFTER I GOT MY BAKKIE AND THE PROPS-HAFT ARE MAKING A BIG VIBRATING SOUND AND DO HAVE ALOT OF PLAY, I PHONED THEM TWICE WITH THIS MATTER AND THEY TELL ME (WELL YOU HAVE TO BRING THE BAKKIE SO-THAT I COULD HAVE A LOOK AT IT) I TOLD HIM THAT I CANT DRIVE THE BAKKIE THERE SHOULD ANYTHING ELSE GO WRONG HE MUST SEND HIS ASSESSOR TO ME TO HAVE A LOOK.THEY JUST KEEP ON TELLING ME THAT I HAVE TO GO THERE. I FEEL THAT'S IF YOU WANT TO OWN A COMPANY YOU SHOULD HAVE PROPER CLIENT SERVICE AND IF YOU WANT TO GIVE OUT GUARANTEES YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO TO THE CLIENT TO THE CAR, OTHERWISE YOU MUST BE WILLING TO PAY BACK THE CLIENTS PETROL MONEY WHAT SHOULD I DO??
