this letter is to notify you about a problem I having troubles regarding the products I have ordered.

I am dissatisfied with your products ELE-MOVEN micro wave, ELE-IRON and DUVDEGW-Q and the way in which your company promised to do and fail to honor their commitments of excellents.

1) failed to deliver the products at correct address given!
2) failed to deliver correct poducts that I have ordered!
3) products are of no good value and quality as promised!
4) the description of products is dissatisfied for me and misleading!

I am writing this letter with dissatisfaction I DO REQUEST THAT YOUR COMPANY CAME AND COLLECT THE PRODUCTS AND REQUEST AN REFUND OF ALL GOODS!!!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF (BOKAMOSO) AT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE WERE RUDE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
