Leon, the owner of the company gave me a quote of R14000 on blinds not explaining that this would change. On Friday 15 November 2013, 2 gentlemen took measurements and we assumed that this was to make the blinds as we already received a quote in writing from Leon. Today (Wednesday, 20 November 2013) I phoned Leon to ask him about the progress of the blinds. He asked me if anyone contacted him and I said no. I then received a quote for R19 934.90. This is amazing since he already wrote down a quote of R14000 incl installation. He then tells me that I am being unreasonable for questioning the amount.
Lifestyle blinds is extremely unprofessional. If I hadn't contacted them I would never have known what was going on. Leon is arrogant and does not value his customers. I do not recommend anyone purchase anything this man has to offer you.
