I regularly support the supplier - the the extent that I am on a first name basis with staff. I was offered and given a loyalty card by a staff member at my last visit and 2 of the 10 spaces were marked because I have paid for 2 treatments.
On Sunday (yesterday) 1 September, I paid for 6 separate treatments and when I asked her to mark it on my loyalty card, I was informed by Katlego that the loyalty card is only valid for nail treatments. The waxing and other beauty treatments do not qualify. However, this is a slimming and endermologie clinic. They do offer nails, but it is not their focus.
I find this unacceptable. The card has a statement which clearly states: "Receive a free beauty treatment after collecting 10 loyalty stamps. Each stamp represents a product or treatment purchased." No mention of exclusions, no mention of nail treatments, and the company does not specialize in nail treatments either.
I was promised that Katlego would contact the owner/manager and give me feedback. However this is not forthcoming.
