Le Morgan Direct Marketing
ITC Listed for Interest - Double listed

To whom it may concern,

I had an account with Le Morgan about 3 years ago, I was informed last year that there was still an amount outstanding. I paid the amount of R4000 some odd and received a letter confirming that the amount was paid up in full. This letter was sent in September 2012. I was also told that my name WILL be cleared from ITC because that was the deal, till every penny was paid, only then will they start the process to remove my name from ITC. It is almost September 2013 and still no luck.

This matter has now been going on for a year now and TS Credit Consultants are telling me now that I was listed TWICE for an amount that was for "interest" NOW surely I have not received notification about me still owing an interest amount of R1, 038. This amount is under my name Twice on ITC and now they are telling me that I will only be removed after 3 years.

This is SO FRUSTRATING because I was told something else and now I cant get car finance because this amount still comes up against my name.

WHO CAN HELP ME PLEASE. Do I have to wait another year to get assistance from TS Credit Consultants or Le Morgan.
