In August 2012 Devan Naicker representing [URL Removed] visited us and spun us a story about Ananzi having joined forces with Google in SA to increase the Google presence in this country. He promised the same service as Google Ads only capped so that we could have unlimited clicks from Google Ads through Ananzi but only pay the set monthly amount which is several thousand rands. They also promised an online newspaper advertising campaign with monthly reports as to clicks through to our website but the statistics they send monthly are not valid on investigation by our website people. If we search the Ananzi search engine our company name and keywords listed don't appear even up to page 5 so what do they charge us for every month? When we e-mail both Devan and the 2 contact colleagues querying what is going on and why they are not doing as promised we get no response. In desparation we have now cancelled the debit order and informed their accounts department that we have done so and why - guess what - not a word from them! Guess when they see the bounced debit they will quickly contact us but we can't pay for no service.. we want what we were promised
