Not crediting my payments on woolworths account

Hi Peter
Im having a problem with MBDattorneys cause of my woolworths acc.i have paid the balance on my woolworths acc but im still receive calls and sms from mbd telling me that i still have balance on the
acc.and i did email the copies of proof of payments to clinton welcome (MBD QUERY SPECIALIST) and his email address is [Email Removed] and he promised to credit all the payment on my acc but still even
today he didnt do any thing about it.i send the proof of payment to him on 28 june 2012 . now the acc have
accomulated lot of interset, they are now telling me that my balance is 4600.i also spoke to lucas yesterday on 0115606017 and he promise to send me my acc history showing all my payments but he didnt send a
thing.please help me cause this thing has been going on from last year and is seems asif nobody want to help me at AMD.
