Feeling robbed

Somebody pleaaaase help. I am trying to settle 2 accounts, Woolworths Visa and Woolworths store accounts. In February 2013, I requested a statement for the visa account and it was R13 333, 99. I have since made payments in Feb, March and May of R1000 each time. Today I requested a settlement offer, hoping to receive a discount but to my horror the amount I am now supposed to settle is R14 113, 01. How is this possible that the amount has increased instead? I am buffled and need a breakdown of this amount please.
