I am constantly being harassed for a VODACOM (PTY) LTD account 9I0384269. Even though i have called in to explain on: Munnik Basson Dagama Inc. on tel (011) 560-4753 - that there is no arrangements to be made on this account i continuously get email letters, i am continuously called and harassed for debt that not only surely had prescribed, but which i had paid up in full in 2005 already. I am now formally and urgently requesting that Munnik Basson Dagama Inc. and their client VODACOM (PTY) LTD stop the senseless harassment, get the facts straight and not only remove me from their data base but provide me with written communication and a paid in full letter from their sides as i will take this matter further if the situation persists. I also want confirmation that my credit listing will be updated and amended accordingly as I have paid this account in full in 2005. check the records and investigate please. PLS Let us now finalize and resolve this matter as i was unable to over the phone. Surely if there was any further costs, same have had prescribed by now it being 8 years later, as such this cannot be held against ME. I urgently request your attention on this matter.
