I bought a voucher for Essenza on Cityslicker. Made my booking the same day I bought the voucher. When I arrived at the place for my appointment there was a sign up stating they had closed for business (shut down completely) and I did not receive the service I paid for. I informed Cityslicker on 9 January and sent them my info for the refund on 9 January and have still not received any feedback nor the refund. My voucher number is 45781922-FNKNXA.
