With my June credit card statement, there are two seperate transactions from Rubybox for R119 each which were processed on the 18th June. I did not authorise either of these amounts and if I look at my order history on the Rubyobx website, there is also no record of them. So Rubybox has managed to illegally authorise two credit card transactions on my behalf.
Unfortunately, that is not the end of the story. I e-mailed their customer care a week ago, I received a reply saying that there is a 72 waiting periiod for a response. Well, it's now been a full week and I have not received any response from Rubybox. Clearly customer care is not a priority for them.
