On 2 February 2013, my partner and I checked into City Lodge Hatfield. We hold this hotel dear to our hearts, because that is where we spent our first date night 2 years ago. We checked in and all was good. When we departed 3 February 2013, we realized that some of our items in the car was missing. We waited until we arrived home and then found that all 3 our phones, along with some cash and other small items were gone. I immediately phoned City Lodge Hatfield and informed the staff member, which was the same one that checked us out. She then informed me that there is security cameras in the parking area and that she will get the supervisor to access the footage. She then phoned back and said that they would only be able to do it the next day because it was a Sunday and the supervisor could not come in. Today is 20 February 2013, 17 DAYS later and I am still waiting for the call! I will NEVER go there again and I will NEVER recommend City Lodge Hatfield to anyone EVER again!
