FAILURE TO SUPPLY GLUCOMETER

I have been back and fourth with the issue of obtaining the glucometer from Dischem. I have visited the Westwood Dischem store on numerous occasions and the result is the same each time. I have been in contact with Discovery via telephone and email and still do not have finality to this issue. Dischem say my husband needs to be registered as a type 2 diabetic on the system in order to qualify for the glucometer and that he is showing as a type one, where as Discovery say that he is a type 2. Please can someone sort this out with Dischem as this is fast becoming very annoying to say the least.
