Hi, I joined the medical scheme in December 2012 with membership effective 1 Jan 2013, I have to date not received any information pack nor my card? i have 2 children on the medical aid and forbid but if something were to happen to them I cant even go to a clinic cause they will not admit them without a card, this is unacceptable and the website is forever down and the call centre also advises that the systems are down. I dont even have my medical aid number but the debit order goes off the account.
