On the 24th of April, I applied for a medical aid for myself and spouce, plus two other members, with which they requested, a letter stating that they can take the medical aid funds from the company, which I duly did with all the members name attached on the company letter head. The other two members were accepted and I was told that I have a medical aid number they are just waiting for the letter, which I explained to them had been sent, that is how the other two people got their medical aids. After many e-mails and telephone conversations, in September they sent me a form with medical declarations that I had to fill in, but saying that, the form was part of my original application which was mailed to them in April. After all that I finally wanted to speak to someone more senior, with which Jonathan called me with ONCE AGAIN sweet talk. After numerous e-mails he is also coming back with requests and late joiners fees. I resigned from my previous medical aid in April and have been without a medical aid ever since, now after all this time its now become medical aid letters for the past ten years, and I only have for the past 7 years. I would like to warn other.
