Upon arrival the room was dirty and smelly, there were flies all over and the rooms were completely different to the pictures on the website, much smaller, old furniture and no space at all. If I had not paid the nights accommodation in full, I would have gone to look for alternative accommodation. I was too scarred to use the kettle and crockery supplied due to the state of the rooms. When making the booking, I was told that there was off road parking, but upon arrival we were told that "budget" accommodation had to park in the street (R420.00 per person per night). We asked for a single bed in the room for our toddler when making the booking, upon arrival we were told that they had given us an extra room as there was no space for a spare bed - we all ended up on one bed as there is no way my two year old will sleep alone. Why agree to the sleeping arrangement telephonically? Purely because the picutes of the rooms on the website is totally misleading and not at all what the rooms look like in any way. Very very disappointing start to our holiday!
