I bought 2 solar panels, a 60 amp charge controller and a 1.5kw inverter. I ordered and paid for a 12 volt unit, they supplied a 24 volt unit. The charge controller is faulty. After numerous promises from them to arrange with a courier to collect the equipment on their expense, nothing happened. Just empty promises. No customer service at all. At thid stage I fel like destroying the equipment. Further the've got the cheeck to say that they will get the courier to collect the stuff, and only then they will replace it. There is no way that they will remove the equipment from my premises without delivering the replacement equipment. I just reckon that if it leaves my premises without a replacement delivered, I can kiss my money and the replacement equipment goodbey
