Based on my bad service experience with my previous cellphone service provider, with whom I had a contract for 12 years with, I had decided to port my number and move my contract to 082cellular.
I was trying to upgrade my phone after the applicable 2 year period and they didn't have any stock. The lady who spoke to me could not tell me when they will be able to assist me and I therefore asked for a confirmation that they acknowledge my porting etc. 4 days later I had to phone for the 5th time to try and resolve the porting issue.
Jonathon took my call immediately and assisted me with all details I needed to port succesfully. He phoned and sent emails ensuring that I had the least amount of issues with this new contract and transaction. He went further by ensuring that I take the best deal for my usage purposes and save me costs.
