I have been studying through UNISA for two years now. This semester has been by far the toughest. I had an assignment due on the 27th of March 2013 and I started looking at the assignment and started researching 3 weeks prior the due date.

I read an e-mail from UNISA stating that the e-resources are currently not available for the module which is MHS2602. In order to complete the assignment I needed the e-resources to be available. I tried contacting the library, the module lecturer and tried to research the answers with now luck. The Unisa Parow library did not have the hard copy of the e-resource.

In my second e-mail to my module lecturer I asked for an extension because of this error in resource material for this module as I was going overseas and was only arriving home a day before the due date.
I called the number given to the MHS2602 students for the module lecturer several times and left a voicemail. I then e-mailed her again.

It is the 1st of April and I still have received no response from Unisa. I am going to be forced to PAY to cancel this module as I do not want it to look like I failed the module because of Unisa's inefficiency.

I want my money back.
