I went to Unisa Florida Campus on Friday 08/02/2013 to ask for the NSFAS form, fill it and submit it. When I arrived all 3 of the Funding Offices, were closed with a reason that a conference was attended in Pretoria. I came back Monday (11/02/2013) asking for the Form, It was given to me by a helpful guy I filled it in and I was told to certify my ID.I did in B Block Unisa after I was told to go to Florida station. I went to the LAB to print my payslip but myunisa e-mail was on and offline I waited for hours but no help.
I went back and explained to both women and they said I was late and franckly they did not care up until I had a heated argument with Christine Douw and she said I must go the Deborah Dlamini, I went her but clearly I was nuisance after I wasted my 2 days off work. I explained that I cannot submit at JHB because I reach there by six o'clock evening but still they did not listen.
Early February I sent an e-mail to Deborah requesting NSFAS deadline details she did reply but the 2nd e-mail I sent to she did not reply. I left their offices hopeless as ever and dissappointed that I was treated like a piece of dirt and an uninformed student
