On the 29th of July, I received a call requesting me to sign up for a reward card. I specifically explained that I do not require such a card or any other kind of service. Then... On the 1 of August Stratcol ONCE AGAIN debit my account without my consent, and legally this is not allowed.
I kept calling the call center without any luck. I would like my account to be credit back with the amount Stratcol took from my account.
This is not the first time - When I inquired about this in February, I was promised that the money will be reversed into my ABSA account after I explained that I only work with cash and will never need any type of other cards - especially if it is going to cost me more money. I did not receive the refund. In fact R99.00 was deducted from my account twice after that promised was made and every time it is a struggle to get the debit order to be cancelled.
This is - money was taken from my account without my permission and nothing was ever refunded and now it is happening again. SA Madisa - ref 5264
