On the 30th of July Stratcol debit my account without my consent, and legally this is not allowed.
i do not have debit order on that day. and what is worse i kept calling their call center and after their automated voice record i was ask to hold, which i did for over 8 Mins in all instances i kept calling them.
I would like my account to be credit back with the amount Stratcol took from my account.
