My child goes to this creche in Midrand called Building-Blocks, due to circumstances I will be relocating to Centurion therefore I decided that we will run on a month to month contract which according to them it's not how they work. I then decided to renew our extend our contract until end of August. She send me a mail saying that they will re-instate my child on conditions that I but the school track suit. I responded to her mail and told her that I've never heard of such conditions and I would therefore like to end my contract on them end of this month (May). She calls me back and dropped the phone is my ear, how unprofessional is that. The debit already took place until end of June, she sends me a mail saying I shouldn't even bring my child today. Our contract ended TODAY. She is forgetting the fact that I've laready paid until end of this month which is 5days from now. She sends me a mail again saying that I should come for my refund this afternoon. My fiancee went and dropped my kid off only to find out our finger prints has been removed from their system. She is very unprofessional and very rude. I just wish that she can be exposed to what kind of a person she is.
